Matthew Burrows MBE 

Matthew Burrows discusses art, the environment, activism and Artist Support Pledge. Matthew is represented by Vigo Gallery and is founder of Artist Support Pledge, a global phenomenon established to support artists in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Kirsty Ogg 

Kirsty Ogg talks curating, artist opportunities and education. Kirsty’s stellar career includes curating numerous high-profile, independent exhibitions; five years as Curator at Whitechapel Gallery; and ten years as Director of New Contemporaries. Kirsty currently teaches on the MFA Curating course at Goldsmiths, University of London. 

Gavin Turk 

As one of the most recognised artists in the UK, Gavin Turk elaborates on his life and career. Turk gained instant notoriety with his iconic postgraduate degree piece ‘Cave’ before becoming a celebrated artist during the YBA era. A star of the legendary exhibition Sensation  at Royal Academy of Arts, Turk is represented internationally including Ben Brown Fine Arts, London; Almine Rech, Paris; Maruani Mercier, Brussels; and Larsen Warner, Stockholm.   

Sarah Maple 

We talk to Sarah Maple about her success as an award-winning artist, and the key drivers in her practice including her mixed religious and cultural upbringing as a British-Punjabi. 

Hettie Judah 

Hettie Judah discusses her life and career as a prolific art writer, critic and author. Hettie is the chief critic on the daily newspaper the i, and recent books include Lapidarium and How Not to Exclude Artist Mothers (and other parents).   

Matthew Collings 

We talk to renowned British art critic, writer, broadcaster, and artist Matthew Collings about his life and work. Matthew penned the iconic YBA chronicle ‘Blimey!’ in 1997 and has written and presented multiple documentaries and TV series including This is Modern Art and This is Civilisation. Matthew is also a successful artist, both in his own right and as one half of the duo Biggs & Collings.
