COMMUNITY CRITS | EVENING

Course Description

COMMUNITY CRITS is an online programme offering moderated group crits for artists seeking constructive, peer-based feedback. Over 11 weeks, participants join six fortnightly sessions and receive two in-depth 30-minute crits. A six-week gap between each personal crit allows time to reflect and develop new work.

Hosted by a practicing CAA alumni artist, each small cohort supports focused discussion, critical engagement, and lasting peer connections. Open to artists of all disciplines and career stages, the rolling course begins once eight artists have registered and includes access to a group chat forum.

COMMUNITY CRITS includes:

  • Two 30-minute moderated peer group crits per artist

I found the course really helpful in building momentum and formulating ideas. It was great to discuss my work in a critical environment with fellow artists”
